MBIE can provide premier specialized transportation when other forms of public transportation aren't available. Our fleet of wheelchair vans and late model sedans are available with expanded operating hours that now run from 8AM until 11PM EVERY DAY (until 8PM on Sundays). New Freedom Transportation allows passengers to reach desitnations that would otherwise be difficult or even impossible to reach.

Across town or across the state, MBIE provides area residents with an affordable alternative to taxis and public transportation. New Freedom serves the entire state of Ohio, assisting low income seniors, veterans and individuals with disabilities by providing transport services to doctors and other medical appointments.

We proudly employ drivers that are well educated, service minded professionals who understand our clients' expectations and
demands for consistent, professional service at a "total value" for their travel related dollar. Our expert management team
works directly with every client, large or small, to ensure that we customize a transportation program designed specifically
to meet each one's specific personal needs.
MBIE New Freedom Transportation is unable to provide on-demand transportation, meaning we are NOT a taxi service. All passengers MUST make ride reservations at least 24-48 hours in advance of any planned trip.
